GWAR.
Hailing from Antartica, these frozen beings from
another universe are still pissed. From being
dicked over by their 'former' agent Sleazy P Martini,
to constantly having to save our pathetic asses,
to even not finding good quality crack anymore
there's always something for these boys to get
in a fight about.
Hell-o!,
their epic release in 89 is hailed as a poetic
classic. Songs such as "I'm in love with
a dead dog", "Americanized", and
of course the sing along anthem "Gwar theme"
lead singer Oderous Urungous and his crew of co-horts
cojoned their way into hearts of pimply faced
teenages worldwide. The 2nd release, my personal
favorite "Scumdogs of the Universe"
is one of the most under-rated albums of all time.
Combining gutter humor, metal, and the senseless
slaughter of the gutterslime that litters this
nation for cash and prizes, "Scumdogs..."
lays all 12" out for you to consume.
Later
albums such as "this toilet earth",
"Carnival of chaos", "America must
be destroyed", "Raganarok" and
many others round out the wonderful GWAR arsenal
of ear-splitting music. Listen to GWAR. Love GWAR.
Give GWAR your money.
